This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which KPE Solutions LLC (“KPE Solutions”, “KPE”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers refunds, cancellations, and subscription terminations to its customers (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By purchasing any products or services from KPE Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service. At KPE Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, systems, automation workflows, and resources to support your personal and business success. To ensure clarity, please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully before making a purchase.
Scope of Policy This Refund Policy applies to all current and future products, services, subscriptions, digital downloads, automation systems, toolkits, courses, consulting services, and intellectual property offered by KPE Solutions LLC (“KPE Solutions”, “Company”), whether expressly referenced herein or subsequently developed, published, or made available for purchase. Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, all products and services are governed by the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.
General Refund Policy Due to the nature of the products and services provided, most purchases are non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted if explicitly stated for a specific product or service at the time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Products and Services The following categories of products and services are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, or accessed: • Digital Products (including downloads, courses, toolkits, templates, and certifications) • Automation Systems (including KPE SmartFlow™ workflows, SOPs, AI integrations, and automations) • Business Funding Services (funding secured or facilitated on behalf of client) • Business Registration Services (including state, local, or entity filings once submitted) • Tax Preparation, Planning, and Strategy Services (after service fulfillment) • Business Automation Consulting and Deliverables (once systems, plans, or documents are delivered) Once access is granted or services have been performed, no refunds will be issued, as the intellectual property, services, or benefits have been delivered and cannot be "returned."
Subscription Services (Monthly or Annual) Subscriptions to KPE SmartFlow™ Systems, Suite/Scale Access, related services or other KPE subscriptions : • Are no-contract, cancel-anytime. • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. • No partial refunds are issued for unused time. • To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. • After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your paid billing period.
Limited Refundable Products (Only If Explicitly Stated) Certain products or promotions may offer a 7-Day Refund Window, if clearly specified at the time of purchase. In those cases: • You must submit a written refund request within 7 calendar days of your transaction date. • Send your request to [email protected] with your order details. • Refunds will not be issued after 7 days. If a product or service does not explicitly offer a refund at the time of purchase, it is deemed non-refundable.
How to Request a Cancellation (for Eligible Refunds) If your purchase is eligible for cancellation: 1. Submit your request by email to [email protected]. 2. Include your full name, transaction date, and order number. 3. Clearly state that you are requesting a cancellation under the eligible refund window. We will review your request and respond within 48 business hours.
